My cousins at Altcar...

I hope you liked the image of my cousins running freely in the country... And such beautiful music... I am a romantic hare, I think! Do you know that hares are terribly persecuted in Ireland? They are hunted and used for dog races. This is incredibly cruel. But it is also bringing hares to extinction! There are fortunately associations which fight to prevent extinction by breeding baby hares, but it is very difficult... What do you think? Do you feel concerned about animal extinction?
